The project leadership team of Kane and Malik brings both real estate expertise and sports management experience to the table.
But here’s where things get sticky. Construction was supposed to kick off in late 2023, but the stadium portion is stuck in limbo. Blame it on that elusive MLS franchise decision and some pesky financial realities. Oh, and there’s a lawsuit from a local business claiming they’re being shown the door despite having a valid lease.
